This place is a total rip off They had a fire A lot of people lost their stuff they trusted with them . However they didn’t get compensated for anything that was in there at the time .I had a brand new fire arm that was in there at the time , after they set up shop across the street temporarily I went over to go inspect it Well there was all kinds of damage to it, the trigger it didn’t work and who knows what was wrong with the barrel but they assured me it was good however I’m not willing to take the chance of the firearm exploding in my face . So the owner said wait until they figure out what’s going on with the insurance and I’ll receive a call back and we’ll go from there . I’ve now called and left my number name 40 times also went in there several times Only to be told that it was not there fault . I can’t get a call back from the owner they still have my firearm as far as I know unless they already sold it . And I know specifically they threw all kinds of stuff out because unfortunately I know somebody who dug through the trash and received guns and other stuff out of there and they made side deals with other people who lost their items so they basically pulled a bunch of scam stuff to compensate them selves instead of dealing with the customers who are loyal to them . I get this place one star and you guys are more than welcome to call me back you have my number and name . I’m just going to start leaving...

i put a switch on layaway and the old white lady inside continued to be racist and the workers steady stating how nice my item was, like if they wanted it more than me? i was promised a free game with my purchase and then came to make a payment and choose my game and i was wrongfully charged for some that was promised free? then i tried to make my last payment and was told i had a grace period of 3 months well on my 2 month i was told my item would get put back on the shelf and i would loose 260$ dollars, these people will try to HUSTLE YOu i would not recommend, doing business with these folks, i still ended paying...

Unfortunately they are not properly trained in the precious metals acid tests. Acid will bubble up the metal itself if it is plated,this ruining the jewelery. acid bubbles on anything it contacts...if you can wipe the acid residue off of the jewelery after it dries and it leaves the metal in the same condition that means it's real...hopefully they get that figured out. I can't imagine I'm the only person that's been turned away with silver or gold.... Note: I was holding the certificate of authenticity in my hand. And I'm assuming the acid bubbles when it made contact with the employees...
