Downtown Floral Co gave by far the best service I’ve ever seen anywhere. I placed an order from Texas by giving this shop a call and Haley was SO helpful over the phone, providing the options they offer and helping me create an arrangement for my aunts birthday a day in advance. Ginger and Haley facilitated a flower delivery in below freezing weather and went above and beyond (to say the least!) to make sure they were delivered. You can tell they truly care about their business and make sure the customer is happy. They worked within my budget and created a beautiful arrangement to help me bring some beauty to someone I love. I called Downtown Floral Co. at the end of the day for an order for an out own town funeral the next day. They were wonderful helping me place this last minute order, and didn't complain at all about it being close to their closing time. The next day, they attempted to deliver but I had given them some incorrect information about the date/location. They called me and I gave them the family's address to deliver to instead. They were incredibly! Positive the entire time and went above and beyond to make for sure the flowers got to the right person during this sad time. Shout out to Haley and Downtown Floral! Haley is just fabulous!! Haley worked with me to get a much desired Boston Fern for my friend's parent's funeral. Out of 4 total previous funerals- she is the ONLY one that has ever come through or made an effort to deliver .. Much appreciated! She worked with me over 3 days- through text b/c our work schedules.
