Natasha and Ashley are AWESOME!. I visited the store to transfer my phone and phone number from Verizon to US Cellular. it was a nightmare working with Verizon, but Natasha was extremely polite and helpful. She waited patiently while I was on with Verizon until we finally got the info we needed.
Once Natasha had the necessary info, she input it and it went to "pending" status. She apologized for the delay, but explained that the delay is in Verizon releasing my number. At that point, I told Natasha i had some shopping to do, and would return in an hour.
When i returned, Natasha was busy with another customer, so Ashley helped me. Unfortunately, the line port was still on hold with Verizon, so I left and told Ashley I would call back the next day to complete the transfer. She was extremely friendly, and professional throughout our conversation.
I called on August 1st and Ashley answered. She remembered me immediately from the previous day and assured me we would get the transfer completed. She was extremely helpful, polite, and professional and was able to finally complete the transfer, despite the difficulties with Verizon.

I came in the store to transfer service from my son's phone to another phone (my old phone which has been paid for and filed an insurance claim on due to being dropped/broken and subsequently replaced). Madison Mee (employee) immediately began berating me stating that I was committing 'fraud'. She called customer service who declined to confirm her slanderous accusations of 'fraud' on my part. I attempted to explain to her that the insurance covers the phone and not the phone number or service attached to said phone, but she continually interrupted me stating it was fraudulent (while transferring the phone/number to the refurbished phone). She was terribly rude and insulting. I asked to speak to the store manager and was told to call later (guess who answers the store phone and says the store manager isn't there??). This is only a snippet of what occurred and there's certainly more to add. I have been a customer of us cellular for close to or over 20 years and am sorely disappointed in the decline of customer service. We are told, in detail, what out bills will be. When it comes time to pay the bill, it's over what we were told. Internet service? Quoted $80, charged over $100 (a month). Added line? Quoted $60, charged $80. We even got insurance on my husband's phone due to his work and the possibility of it getting broken. We paid $75 a month for insurance and when it came down to use it, they still charged us for the phone... What was the point of the insurance? This company has lost my respect.
