We recently received a generous donation of childrenâs books from Randi Nash-Ortiz, Executive Director of the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce for my daughterâs Free Little Library Charter #199431âand I canât say enough about how meaningful that gesture was.
Not only was Randi incredibly kind and supportive, but we also discovered that we had collaborated years ago on an intergenerational reading program, connecting seniors with preschoolers through storytelling. She even remembered specific residents and moments from those visits, which was so touching.
This kind of supportâespecially for youth-led community projectsâgoes a long way. Grateful for the Chamberâs continued investment in connection, learning, and building bridges across generations.
