Do not trust this dealership!! Car buying is stressful and this was my first time buying from a dealership, Kenny who unfortunately was my sales person had a bad attitude right off the bat, i felt uncomfortable and like I was severely burdening him. The process was long and i was quite worn out by the time I even got to look at the truck.. I’m also a girl in my 20s, first time buying and had my young child with me, I should’ve looked under the truck better to see their touch up paint covering it, but also it was far less noticeable then because it has flaked more with time.. my sales person should’ve been honest..I even asked him several times “is there any damage or rust I should know about” he said “no not at all” they absolutely were not honest. They clearly knew about the whole underbody of my truck rusting out because you can see touch up paint in the marked photo and on other parts of the truck not pictured. look at the photo above the rust covering part of the rust where it looks lumpy and below that you see their touch up paint flaking off… the spots were more covered in paint when I bought it making it less obvious then, but as time has passed it had continued to flake off and reveal itself. That’s them trying to hide the damage. These spots were more covered in paint that has quickly flaked off in the couple of months I’ve had it. I paid 25,000 for a truck that is rapidly deteriorating AFTER I ASKED KENNY MULTIPLE TIMES IF THERE WERE ANY DAMAGE RUST OR ISSUES. He lied and I took his word. All my life savings now are going into a deteriorating vehicle because I got scammed. Also another bad thing that I’m not quite as upset about but still sucks.. 3 weeks after I had the truck I just woke up one day and it wouldn’t start but would randomly start again sometimes, when I got it started again I drove it to my local mechanic and he said I had to take it to a Ford dealership to get the starter rerouted.. another $500 down the drain. When you spend $25,000 on something and are told it’s good by a supposed “professional” you shouldn’t have these problems. Also when leaving the dealership my windows suddenly wouldn’t work, the window control panel wouldn’t function at all, I couldn’t roll my windows down anymore and I had to turn around and bring it right back after buying it and leave it there for over a week for them to fix it. Just all around a total nightmare and scam. The rust is the main concern because I can’t fix that and I wish the dealership would make it right somehow but I doubt they will. They clearly care way more about making a quick sale than about their clients. DO NOT TRUST...
Read moreThey have an employee currently at this location, who has utilized work places in the past to pursue married women. He has even given up his family to pursue these women. He has been let go or forced to resign from the places based solely on that, even using another persons social media accounts, yes plural, to track these women due to being blocked. My advice, if your'e married, or if you value integrity of the individual providing service do not send your car here to be worked on. This wholesome Christian individual who everyone sees as so godly, just another wolf, in sheeps clothing. Careful in your dealings as you may end up with this said individual, and he will call you brother, he will shake your hand and look you in the eye, and try and take everything you hold dear. Good luck.
I respectfully decline your invitation to remove this review. While I appreciate your thoughtful sorrow for the situation, integrity is something that should be upheld in business dealings. If there is an individual who is employed and has used business hours and resources in the past to commit said acts against not only his employer, but his own family, I as a professional business owner, as well as a customer would want to know. So while there could be personal issues involved, there is in fact business dealings that occur daily with your customers through this individual, and I feel your customers may want to know exactly what they are risking when this person is working on their vehicle. If he’s willing to violate company policies at other places of employment, to the extent of violating someone’s private accounts, I’m uncertain as to why you would think your business or your customers are immune. Seems relevant to...
Read moreTried to buy a 2015 Audi A8L from Seminole GMC. Agreed to the advertised price and was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Now, I live in central Wyoming, and the dealership is in Oklahoma, so after talking over the phone with them and agreeing to the sale price, I went ahead and booked two flights for my wife and I to get from Denver to OKC to buy the car to the tune of $508. 10min after booking my flights, Tony texts me a pic that the Adaptive Cruise Control, and Braking Assist/emergency braking system isn't working. He then calls me and states that the dealership's owner has been driving the car for the last 4000mi and didn't inform him there was an issue with it. Although he did inform a tech there about it. Well, it was never disclosed to me until I had already booked my flights. After getting this info, I did some research, and it could be any number of issues and needs to go to an Audi dealership to be scanned with their VCDS scanner. Tony did not want to do this because of the cost. And, when I tried to negotiate the cost of the car down to cover the fix, he refused to move on the price. Now, I don't know about you, but when buying a luxury automobile, something like non-operational adaptive cruise control is kind of a big deal. To boot, this system also operates the emergency braking system as well which is kind of a major safety issue.
The owner of this dealership knew about the issue. A tech in the garage knew about the issue. Yet, nobody is at fault here, and now I am out $508 in non-refundable airline tickets. Buyer beware. Buy a car somewhere else because the GM and the owner of this dealership have absolutely no...
