Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Seminole

My wife and myself never got a hello or anything when we walked in and we sat there from 5:50 to 6:10 and was not recognized for drinks or anything so we got up and left and went to the competition and had a awesome supper, it'll be a long time for us to visit Mazzios again and I'm going to be sure to tell all my friends about it, now it's 9/ 11 and my wife doesn't get off work until 8 pm so we decided to go to Mazzios one more time,we checked Google and it said that they don't close until 9 pm,we were snubbed when we walked in and sat down,it was 8:12 pm ,the waitress ask are you eating in ,we said yes and she asked what we wanted to drink,we said sweet tea and she replied we already drained the tea,so we said water, then we started to order and we wanted the chicken Alfredo and the meat ball bake and she told us that they were out of all pasta noodles, what ever happened to taking care of the customer no matter how close to closing,WE STILL HAD 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING,THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE THEY'LL HAVE , MAYBE THE COMPETITION WILL TAKE THIER BUILDING OVER,...

We called in an order on New Years Eve where we were over charged so they credited our account. A couple of weeks later we went to use that credit only to be told no. Asked to speak with a manager and they refused to get on the phone. Called back the following week and just straight away asked to speak with a manager. She got on and wasn't very friendly but went ahead and honored the agreement but the pizza we picked up tasted really, really old. The crust was hard, and the meat tasted bad. Placed take out order and they made the wrong topping on our pizza. Really? It certainly isn’t rocket science to get the toppings correct. Now we have to make different dinner plans and it’s late already. Manager issued refund but I feel they should offer a free pizza when this happens. My time is worth something especially since we live outside the city limits. But then again this location would probably go out of business.
