We called in an order on New Years Eve where we were over charged so they credited our account. A couple of weeks later we went to use that credit only to be told no. Asked to speak with a manager and they refused to get on the phone. Called back the following week and just straight away asked to speak with a manager. She got on and wasn't very friendly but went ahead and honored the agreement but the pizza we picked up tasted really, really old. The crust was hard, and the meat tasted bad. Placed take out order and they made the wrong topping on our pizza. Really? It certainly isn’t rocket science to get the toppings correct. Now we have to make different dinner plans and it’s late already. Manager issued refund but I feel they should offer a free pizza when this happens. My time is worth something especially since we live outside the city limits. But then again this location would probably go out of business.
