Walmart Photo Center — Local services in Seminole

I've always done photo gifts from walmart for my family. It's not the quality I have an issue with since everything I order to be delivered to my house comes wonderful and timely. But I made the mistake of ordering a tumbler to be picked up in store november 7th. It said it would take less than a week but i still haven't received it. I've called Wal-Mart and been transferred to several different departments to be told they have no idea where it is and it must still be on a truck.
