I am giving this a two and not a zero because the gentleman that helped me the following day. I went to go pick up a prescription post surgery. I was dismissed and turned away by an older pharmacist who had no interest in customer service. He informed me that my prescription was not in the system. Weird as I previously spoke to my dr. to confirm the prescription had been sent to the correct pharmacy. We had issues earlier in the week so I just wanted to double check. I come to find out the next day after various different phone calls between my dr. office, the pharmacy and surgery center that the prescription had been received and filled 20 mins prior to my arrival the day before. I was turned away with no reason and meet w/ no desire to help a customer solve the issue. They weren't busy either. Here I am 24 hours post surgery without my prescription that was supposed to be picked up day-of. The head pharmacist I presume, Tom, the next day was astonished to hear that the evening worker had turned me away and was super apologetic which had been the only reconciling factor of the ordeal...

Called to see if they offered the shot for senior citizens but nobody answered the phone. Went the schedule time the next day for the flu shot then they asked me that if I wanted this shot for the seniors and I said yes but they didn't have it in so they said they would call me when it was in. A day or two later they called back and said the shot for seniors was in. I called back and asked about the insurance plan I was on she said yes I ask if the shop was free if I needed my insurance card she said no. So I drove the 12 miles to get the shot when I got there they said they didn't accept that insurance if I wanted the shot anyway it would be $70 I said I thought you said it was free they said it is free but we Bill your insurance. I said that wasn't free. Now I had two days involved 50 miles and I wasn't any further along than if I had never even called them. And the shots weren't free anyway that's false advertising. Read moreTerrible service, on vacation and the kiddos got sick. Did a tele visit for medications that were called into pharmacy. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the store. Phones were on but no one answered. Drove 30-mins to location to learn that they were closed and awaiting “permission to open”. They did not open, called again today and I was advised that they are so far behind meds the meds may not be ready today either. Since they have not had time to listen to voicemails, the meds are not uploaded in the system and they cannot fill or transfer. Worst experience with...
