Verizon — Local services in Sugar Mountain

I have never seen a group of people that go above, and beyond what they do. I tried to purchase a Note 10+5, and Verizon online would not let me purchase from them due to the fact they were not a "Corporate Store ". Caleb went online for me while I was at the store, and got the order placed even thought it meant I had to go to Boone to get it. The Boone Store was just the opposite. Caleb had me bring the new phone back to him, and transferred all the files to the new phone, something the big Boone store they told me they didn't do. Caleb, and Amber have my business from now on. I don't care what I need, I will go back to Russel Cellular from now, till I can't drive anymore. My Husband needed a new phone so as always we stopped in at Russell Cellular Sugar Mtn on Saturday September 11. The young Lady was busy with another couple when we arrived so we did not mind waiting. When it was our turn we had just begun to tell her what we we needed when the phone rang. She excused herself answered the phone and for the next 10 minutes while we set there discussed phone options with the person on the phone. I am not sure how long the call was because after the 10 minutes we walked out and she was still talking to him. One other note there was another customer waiting to be seen after us. Needless to say we will not be back...

The young boy working here was extremely rude and arrogant. We were lied to just to makes sales. When we brought this info to his attention he became very hateful and more rude upon talking with the Store manger she claimed to try to resolve this issue of what he lied about but we ended up recieved the same treatment. They all seem to say one thing and do another. This being our first experience with Verizon I am more then disappointed and hope this is not a reflection of this company. We will be leaving Verizon. This is no way to treat customers or people in general..One star...
