74 Xpress Inc — Local services in Severance

This is the only convenience store in town which makes it really convenient. However, I have NEVER experienced such rude customer service from another place. Not from the employees but from the manager shes a taller, blond, middle-aged woman (I dont know her name). She is SO rude to everyone that walks into that store. The employees seem scared of her. I really wish the owners of this place would focus on hiring a friendly manager or at least have a talk to her about her attitude. Its so bad that I have stopped going to this place, as well as my neighbors. She's literally scaring customers away. The carwash of this place is always down too, if you make a complaint about it to the manager she gets really sarcastic about it and tries to make you feel like you do not know what you are talking about. So appreciative that this do it yourself wash is here in Secerance. The Express needs a little bit of cleanup and maintenance, but still works sufficiently.

The car wash is programmed to rip off credit card users. You finish a $4.50 wash (according to the readout) but they charge $10.00 to your credit card.
