Vecinos Mexican Grill and Cantina THANKS ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WHO SHOWED PATIENCE, KINDNESS AND GRACE ON TUESDAY NIGHT! We were hit hard and blessed with a huge rush! I want to just say our staff is amazing! Despite being down unexpectedly 3 team members, we all pulled together. Dish and kitchen team helped out in the wait area as they could. Everyone did an amazing job to help us get through! Thank you Vecinos Team!

No one can prepare for a night like this and most of our customers were kind and understanding as we all did our very best to live up to the high standards we believe all our customers who walk through the door deserve. But my staff too, deserves respect, even when things are not going well and berating and belittling staff members to the point they are afraid and crying is not tolerated in my establishment nor necessary.

We are so lucky that we have far more those customers who are caring, kind and understanding on a night like we just experienced.

These customers, truthfully are the only reason we stay and are here still in business. We have wonderful customers and I want you to know how much we appreciate you all!

Food was okay but I was charged $2.99 for a Mountain Dew that, according to the kids and senior menu, was supposed to be included with the mini bean burtito my Mother ordered. When I asked our server about it, I was told it was only for kids and then she walked off to eat her ice cream. I reread the menu and then tried to ask about it again but that ice cream must have been really good as I was never able to get her attention again. Funny thing though, both myself and my Mother asked for water before we placed our orders. Our server asked my Mother what drink she would like with her meal. Came for an early lunch. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond with any needs you may have. Wether it be extra napkins, or refill of your drink. Which by the way, are free. How awesome is that! 😁 Food is good, chili is 🔥🔥 if you want it that way. Sopapillas are excellent, and large! Chicken taquitos are very good. As big around as two of your fingers!
