If I could give them negative stars I would.

I have never had such poor customer experience.

They ordered me the wrong size dress based on the measurements I sent for my cousins wedding. I received a size 18 in the mail and when they checked the measurements I sent they claimed that someone did make a mistake and they would have likely sized me in a 10 or 12. The best they could do to fix THEIR MISTAKE was send me the sample size 14 they had in the store. At this point I was paying hundreds of dollars for a dress that was still 2 sizes too big plus massive amounts of tailoring. I asked that they refund me the cost of the dress or pay for my alterations since the issue was due to a mistake they made. They proceeded to tell me that they already went above and beyond for me. I wouldn’t say that sending what you have in stock which is still too big is “above and beyond”

I spoke with the manager, Lucy many times. She was nice and tried her best but what it boiled down to was the greedy owner who was not willing to take ownership of the issue that was caused by HER STAFF. She preferred to place the financial burden on me. She was very unresponsive.

Really really really disappointing. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Mistakes are normal and they happen, but the way this team made their mistake my problem both in finding a solution and financially in unacceptable.

So, I don't "do" girly; however, when you are the favorite aunt, sometimes you have to force yourself to sit there and watch your niece feel like a princess for a couple of hours. If you've never taken a girl prom shopping, that's probably a minimum. If her grandma, mom, and two aunts tag a long, you might end up being there almost three...or longer. The truth is when she narrowed it down to three I went to the car because "I wanted to be surprised" and I was partially starving or kind of going into a diabetic crash due to not eating anything prior. Long story short: the girls working there did a great job trying to find the dress she saw online and dresses similar to it. She did find the one she loved and a belt to match. The prices can range from $250--to I have no idea, but $2k seems like it should be the limit. The ladies working there were extremely nice. There is a couple of couches which is where I parked my keester. Words of advice: You can ask, "Do you feel like a princess?" But I wouldn't encourage you to say, "You look like a Disney princess." I don't know why... but that didn't go over so well. Also the word "modest" is probably not the best adjective to use. I would recommend "elegant" and "sophisticated." Also, they have dresses with pockets and they will not sell the same dress to girls from the same school. Both of those facts are apparently pretty important. Alright, well have fun! I can't post her pic until after prom, but I will come back...

After looking at SEVERAL different places trying to find the perfect prom dress I was about to give up and just buy an okay dress that I didn’t really like.. However, luckily, I seen some friends on Instagram posting about B.loved so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by this extremely sweet young lady who explained to me where everything was and told me everything else that I needed to know about the shop. At first I told her I wanted to take a look on my own, but after looking for a while I just couldn’t find the right dress that fit my body very well so I almost gave up and left, but thankfully another sweet and VERY polite girl came up to me and asked for my size & asked what kind of styles I liked and shortly after that she came back with so many dresses & convinced me to go try on some of them even if I felt like I wouldn’t like them.. Which honestly made me feel hopeless and really worried that I was just wasting time, but she was back in no time with so many beautiful dresses😍 I was so happy that she convinced me to give them a try because not even after 5 minutes of her helping we found the one!! These girls know what they’re doing and they are SO helpful and sweet. If you are thinking about going anywhere to shop for a prom dress definitely go here. There are so many dresses to choose from and the shop is absolutely stunning inside.. I will recommend this place to everyone...
