Ellis Jewelers — Local services in Seymour

I've gone in for a few watch battery services. I've had great service, and they can do it there rush for an extra $4 over their standard $16. I went in today for a watch that takes 4 batteries (has 4 time zones). I had specified it having multiple batteries before, the clerk telling me this would be like normal $16 or $20 for rush. I agreed to the $20 (I figured they were going to come back to tell me I had to pay for the additional batteries). This would have been fine and expected. Instead, they charged me for 4 totally separate services, waived the $4 off each service for the confusion, for a total of $64 instead of $80. I would have hoped they would have just charged one service (covers one battery cost, opening, replacing, closing, and timing) plus the additional 3 batteries. The labor for opening and closing was already there from the main service fee. They only timed one of the watch faces as well.

I got this ring that you can literally open up on the side I haven't had it in many years but it was the coolest ring, I wish I still had it. I need to buy it again like imagine it a ring that on the the band of the ring you pushed a small little button and it would open up like a c and then go back to an o. I miss that ring. Jeff & the staff at Ellis Jewelers have been one welcoming bunch! I was immediately greeted with open arms & a great sense of care & pride with what they do. They have, by far, taken care of me better than anywhere else that I have inquired upon. Since doing business of my own with Ellis Jewelers, I since have found out that my family had done business with my mom for her class ring, back whej she was in high school.
