Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Seymour

I actually would have given a 5 star reciew... but the woman that took my order completely messed up the order (the entire reason we came there!!!)

I had a surgery almost 8 years ago and cannot eat pizza unless its THIN CRUST AND MAINLY VEGETABLES. I like meats especially on pizza, however when baked .... ALL of the grease drips into the crust and cheese.

I do not have a gallbladder, therefore, I canNOT digest grease!

So THE ENTIRE REASON WE (my son and I) decided on Little Caesars, because of their NEW THING CRUST pizza.

So, I went there to order:

A supreme "thin crust" (even asked her how much it would be to make the ultimate thin crust a supreme). She tells me the price and we go on to the rest of our order.....

An all meats pizza (I cant remember what they call it).

An order of crazy bread.

Extra ranch and garlic (dipping sauces).

We paid and went to the car..... but because my son had a friend with him, which btw does NOT happen often... we were all excited, trying to do something fun and different, bc his friend was there...

When the boys went back in within 8-10 which is what she said. ..... in 9 mins they went in, asked for napkins, paper plates and parmesan cheese packets.

They came out with THREE pizzas!!!!!! A. Iedee of crazy bread and the dipping sauces, they also provided paper plates and napkins.... but we did NOT get the parmesan packets....

BUT..... the BIGGEST PROBLEM is that they charged me for a .....

Supreme on REGULAR CRUST (I CANOOOOT EAT bc od the crust)

An ultimate thin crust (I CANOOOOOT EAT, bc od the grease)

And then the all meats pizza, breadsticks and extra dipping sauces.

The while reason we went there was for me to try Little Caesar's thin crust "SUPREME"

SO I PAID LIKE $15 AT LEEEEAST too much and Can Nooot eat either of the other pizzas!!!!

So ..... thank a freakin lot. I'm never the type to complain or say stuff publicly like this.... but this experience really bothered me.... a d I was afraid to call and complain bc I didnt want to get her or anyone else in trouble.... bc (according to the boys- my son and his friend) the pizza a d breadsticks were fresh and taste AMAZING!!!

SO...... I would have made a great response bit I cant bc they REALLY MESSED UP..... simply bc they weren't using the NUMBER 1 rule when working in customer service and that is LISTENING and NOOOTTTT juuuust...

Started off terrible not because of them it was another customer blocking the drive thru causing them to not be able to take orders! They sent someone out finally to ask her to pull up but they were starting to get busy and a little behind so everyone (my family included) was a little frazzled. We ordered an just got the pretzel pizza deal that came with crazy bread for 10.69$. We get to the window hand her 20.70$, an I asked about getting cheese sauce with the crazy bread. She was super nice an the overall exchange was great. Sadly when we got home we realized we were given the wrong pizza. When I started to look for the receipt we realized we never got it along with our change lol no biggie though! I called the store spoke with the manager he was so kind an understanding an I told him it was just one big accident an these things happen! He assured me by the time I got there I would have a completely fresh order ready crazy bread included (how sweet he didnt have to do that) an he would gladly give me my change. Once I got there he was literally just putting my order in the warmers, he handed it over to me an then spoke with me briefly about it an asked which girl was working the drive thru. She remembered me an was so sweet an apologetic. I again told her these things happen! I was frustrated due to the rude customer infront of me an they were doing their best to keep up with flow of things. The manager then handed me my change an apologized again. It was a roller-coaster of an evening trying to get a fast dinner but these lovely workers were...

8/17/2021 - Still no contact from corporate after filing a complaint and requesting a refund for the incomplete order back on 8/7/2021. Uninstalled the app, will not order from here or any other Little Caesars.

8/7/2021 - Back to 2 Stars, Used the app, order was incomplete because they were out of an item, I paid thru the app, store is unable to refund because I used the app. So basically I was still charged for something I never received. Employee told me I have to contact corporate and file a complaint. This is something that should be able to be corrected at the store level. Also, no attempt was made to contact me about the item they were unable to make, until I was notified that my order was ready, and went to pickup. This is unacceptable.

5/4/2021 - My last few orders were really good, they have gained my trust again, keep up the good work.

4/17/20 - Dropped from 5 stars to 2, I don't know what changed in the last 2 weeks, but my last 2 orders, the pizza and italian cheese bread were both under cooked, the top looked cooked but the center of the pizza was doughy, same with the bread, top was cooked, the bottom was not. It will be awhile before ordering here again.
