Me and my friend was going to look to see if he could buy a flagship phone prepaid. We ask the customer service rep very nicely, if they have a flagship phone prepaid, or if we could buy one straight out. The customer rep, who was not Mr. Freshour, was very rude and got smart with me and my friend. He tells us, you can't buy any flagship phones prepaid. I say why does the sign show the price no contract 800 dollars for the Note 8? He says you have to go through a contract.Even though it says no contract 800? Then, he tries to shove cheap prepaid phones down his throat! When, he only had a 99 dollar prepaid phone for 6 months, and the screen went out! We say we're going somewhere, because he's looking for a flagship phone. He very rudely tells us to have a nice day. This guy needs to go back to customer service training. Read moreSo, me and my man came to this AT&T store around 2:25 pm. They had this same sign up saying their lunch was at 2:30 - 3:00 pm so, as respectful costumers we waited. Then around 3:00 pm, they changed it to 3:30 pm, now, it is 3:56 pm that I am texting up this review. Mind you, a father and his son were also waiting and another customer pulled up. Look, I understand if things aren’t working which is what they could have told us beforehand but nobody has told us anything. There were two people inside and they were taking their generous time in this hot weather. We finally got inside around 4:00 pm and now he wants to tell us that they put the wrong time on there. No sir, you are supposed to update and make sure the correct time is on there. Communication is key. I had ordered phones through a sams representative and had issues activating. I had a near panic attack due to thinking I had made a mistake because I accidentally spoke to ATT home services, but it seemed like an odd situation.. Frustrated I headed to the store at 7:53 I arrived. They close at 8. Shawn was AMAZING. He stayed there until nearly 9 to make sure I was situated and reassure me of my current situation.
