Exetrenely horrible customer service. I had bought two life vests on June 19th. I had paid in cash. I had just gotten my Ollie’s card earlier that day, and so when we went back cause I thought the store was neat we used my new Ollie’s card. Well we went the marina and didn’t end up needed the vest. Never even been unbuckled. They still had the Ollie’s stickers. The manager was so unbelievably rude saying “Jesus Christ” under his breath. And instead of him as a manager finishing help us gave it back to the poor cashier who had no idea what to do and started helping other guests. Then accused us of buying them a year prior. Meanwhile I just bought them the week before. I will never be back. What a deplorable experience just to return two brand new vests. The manager was miserable from the start he had to come up there. That is NOT how you treat a customer, I was completely aware if I didn’t have my receipt it would be a gift card. But do not swear at a customer. Keep the thirty dollars. You won’t get a penny...

Extremely helpful employees. Ollie's always has some unique finds. I purchased a cartful as usual and I bought a large 8x11 rug. The one employee Jamie helped my wife and I get to a rug that was on the bottom of the stack. When we went to check out I had a 15% off coupon. I forgot to remind the cashier to scan it. They told me to come back in 15 minutes once it had gone into the system and then they would fix it. I ran down to the store to get some other items I needed. When I returned, Jamie and her coworker were very willing to re-ring my receipt in order to get the discount. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them being so helpful and having a good attitude.

Love having an Ollie's in the City limits... Not having to drive an hour to get to one is GREAT!! Most Ollie's are overwhelmingly jammed no matter what location, & perhaps not the tidiest. Yet the variety of selection is insane & You cannot beat the prices. From Rugs to Toothbrushes, Refrigerators to Art Supplies, Dog toys to Bedding & Curtains, Gardening Supplies to Clothes, Stuff for Cars; they have it ALL!
