Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Shamokin Dam

Ollie's is a special kind of place. The prices are always amazing and the selection is impressive for a surplus type outlet. I just moved into my own apartment and shopping at Ollie's for all my little incidentals saved me a ton of money. I needed everything from a toaster to bath towels and Ollie's had me covered! Even things like toothpaste, body wash, and q-tips. Your gonna find alot of odd stuff, like flavors of cereal that you've never seen. Things you've seen on infomercials late at night. Great place for winter clothing on a budget. I have to mention my two favorite sections. The first is obvious, COMIC BOOKS! They have a crazy selection of newer comics and books and 5 packs of older comics that are kinda like blind bags for comic books! The other section I like is the carpet and throw rug isles in the back. I'm always buying area rugs for the living room and bedroom for super cheap. Than you can make a mess with no worries . 6/5/2025 Edit: BEWARE of the air conditioners they're selling this year. The one we bought is refurbished by a third party company that doesn't even want their name known (they just refer to themselves as the "Refurbished Product Service Center". The warranty is trash as it's only good for 30 days, the same as Ollie's return policy. Contemplating taking this thing back because I'm not interested in something that can't be guaranteed for at least the season...

LOVE this place. From groceries to flooring, pet supplies and much more Ollie's has found a new best customer! Their loyalty program gives you a bonus 15% off coupon for signing up. Customer service is superb! Cashier and I chatted about our dogs and another employee joined in about his as I was being checked out. Very friendly atmosphere and customer oriented staff. Store was very clean and well organized. They seem to have a great system going as I overheard a manager talking to staff about their plans to transition seasonal merchandise.
