Heins Appliance — Local services in Shawano

After having several poor conversations with other businesses over the period of a week it was so refreshing to speak with Al on the other end of the phone today! What a sparkling personality from the beginning!! He tried to help me right on the phone, which is mostly unheard of in our day and age of money hunger. Al needed to research parts for my fridge and said he'd call back, I expected a day or two. It was within an hour! I first spoke with Kyle, (Al's son I'm told) who kindly routed me to Lori on my return call, and she was equally as pleasant, like her smile was reaching out to the other side of the phone. I haven't met the staff in person yet, but I sure look forward to it this Friday. And I can guarantee with service like this they have found a customer for life! Very impressed! I initially called to schedule a service call for my dryer. I spoke to Al and he asked exactly what was the problem. I explained everything and he told me that he thought it was a part that was no longer made. He said I could go ahead and schedule a service call but he was fairly confident that due to what I described and age of the dryer that it would be a waste of money. We were then able to put that money towards a new dryer purchased from Heins! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly! I appreciate the honesty and intregity (not every business and there employees have these values) Definitely will tell everyone about my experience and will be shopping at Heins for any other appliance...

Two weeks ago our stove went out completely. We went to Heins Appliance to price a new one. The staff were attentive and answered all of our questions. They listened to what we wanted, helped us find what would suit our needs the best and put no pressure on us to buy something out if the price range we said we wanted. We went back 2when we were able to and purchased the stove we had chosen for what they had it priced at when we last visited. They were also very reasonable on the delivery price and removal of our old stove. They even let us set the delivery date after showing us the schedule they already have written down.
