Very good food , but crappy customer service experience with "Marilyn" , the manager of the program . Also , the delivery driver "Greg" failed to call both my wife and myself for 3 straight months in a row for our delivery choices order . When I inquired about it and asked for a member of management , "Marilyn" got short and hateful with me when I addressed my concerns about their poor delivery drivers work and failure to call us . I asked her who her superior was and she told me "I'm the boss". My wife and I dropped "Project heart" immediately and requested to be switched over to "Moms meals". So far , good food and no more delivery problems or mgmt issues . "Marilyn" should be canned , because if she was rude to me , she's most likely being rude to...

I have many 'senior' friends that utilize Project Heart's meal program in Tecumseh. They meet with other seniors for lunch and fellowship. They claim that the food is good and the fellowship even better. Our community should be very grateful for the service...

Lady that I talk to was rude. No help at all. They can keep there meals. 66 years old with copd and heart problems...
