Iv had several children take lessons here and have always had great success with the teachers however recently I began to get charges on a credit card .I usually pay cash each month but used my child support credit card this last month .I made for a month ahead.I never gave anyone permission to keep my card information.Or have automatic withdraw s.When I called last month about the 2 random charges the gentleman simply said it was a mistake and they will fix it.I told him not to charge my card I will always pay my bill.Like I have been for years.He said he would get rid of that card.This morning I discover another random charge on this card.When I called this time the man ,not so gentle this time,proceeded to tell me I never paid for a whole month back in January along with other things and would not apologize for charging my card or explain why if I pay every month for years why all of a sudden two months in a row I get random charges.He literally told me it was my fault.He also told me I have to give him a credit card over the phone.He said if I don’t want the one they are keeping (without my permission)and charging at will.Clearly knowone who is wise gives personal info to someone who has fraudulently charged their card on three separate occasions.So I said I do not wish to have a credit card on file but will gladdley continue to pay each month.His response “then I will have to take you off of the schedule “.After years ...buying instruments my children taking lessons our lesson are over:(. I used to rate this place 5 stars all day. I actually really like the owner and the other older guy. They are very nice and knowledgeable. The only one that is horrible is the guy they have that you trade your gear in to for discounts on a purchase. He offered me a small fraction of what my gear was worth and came back with a printout supposedly from reverb, saying it was the going price. I am on reverb all the time, so I said wow let me pull up my reverb app. Turns out this guy was lying about the going rate of my used gear by almost 300 dollars. They kicked us while we were down. We bought by son's instrument from them then paid for lessons through them. Instrument lessons must be paid for a month at a time and in advance. My son's instrument was STOLEN during the second month. We were told NO REFUNDS for lessons that we paid for and would have loved to attend, but could not due to circumstances beyond our control.
