Hello, I just wanted to send a big shout out for the awesome customer service we received from John Paul at your store. A couple of weeks ago we stopped into your store to inquire about switching from our previous sprint provider to Verizon. JP was very informative and helpful, and we decided to switch on the spot. When we came in to get our new phones and switch services, again all went smoothly. JP has great customer service skills and what can usually be a long, boring process, was quite enjoyable with the chitchat we had with the whole family. That same night, I went home and noticed I was having some messaging issues . I could not receive any text messages nor phone calls. This is something I desperately needed to be a working feature on my phone for my family and work communications. I stopped in the next morning right when the store opened. I did not have an appointment so I wasn’t sure what could be done. JP was very gracious and tried to sneak me in quick before the couple who was there who had an appointment. Unfortunately my issue wasn’t quick to solve. I told JP to go ahead and work with the couple that had an appointment first. He got their new phones set up and during the data transfer for them, he began to work on my phone problem. He continued to work with both me and the other customers seamlessly. After not being able to solve the issue right away, JP contacted Apple IT and worked through what needed to be done until he had a final resolution.
JP went above and beyond with his customer service. Especially with having to deal with this panicky lady who really needed to have her phone fixed ASAP . JP is an asset to your store and Verizon. I want to personally thank him for all he has done for my family and me.

Read moreWe decided to trade up our I-phone 12s to 16. I had purchased a new Apple I-phone 16 from a program and my wife decided to buy one at TCC Verizon. I asked what our Verizon phone bill would be with my pre purchased phone and was disappointed in how little it reduced our plan cost. A few days later I get a call from TCC Verizon asking to address an issue with the account discounts. The tech couldn’t address it so he called back and left a message stating that I return to fix the discounts. I get there the next day and he logs my iphone 16 and calls Verizon billing for an EDP. It sounded like he was trying to add my new Apple IPhone 16 to the Verizon account billing. I’m hearing impaired and I told him that I bought the iPhone through a hearing impairment program. It was not a TCC Verizon store phone. He then quickly told them to stop the EDP request that he had just started. I’m not sure what EDP stands for in Verizon billing. The tech was clearly confused about the source of my Apple iPhone 16. I’m not sure if we got a good deal. Lot of confusion and extra time for me to cleanup the TCC Verizon tech misunderstandings. He was told and failed to listen that I purchased the phone elsewhere. Not very impressed either the TCC Verizon services. They also said we have to come back in a month to avoid a new hotspot monthly fee. Such a hassle for something we told them we don’t want when switching to new...
Read moreI ran in last Friday without having an appt..so was prepared for a long wait. To my surprise I was greeted with a wonderful smile & helpful hands immediately from a young gentleman, Luis (unsure of his spelling). I needed to change over services to my new phone from old one. I told him I did data transfer already, and if he could help me with the rest (# change, sim card, wiping & factorty reset etc).. and like a wizard, he did so!! He also didn't make me feel completely dumb or foolish for not being very tech savvy! I was in & out within 20 mins. He answered all my questions, was professional yet personable& friendly. Everything he did was technically something I COULD have done myself, but not without a ton of extra time & frustration on my part. He was the bright spot after a particularly horrendous week. I was not charged for the change-over (maybe as I had partially done some of it, or it was kindness...but I think the later is probably correct!). So I bought a screen cloth & made a donation to cover it. I would not hesitate to reach out again for anything further, in fact I'd highly recommended them for their services & customer satisfaction.
