Yesterday noon my sister and I drive thru this taco bell. While placing our orders the lady on the mic sound a bit rude but I can passed that not a big deal. We head over to the window...the lady there did not greet us she wasn't saying at least one word at all we both felt uncomfortable. Then she handed us our 2 large sodas...as i grab them both the cups it feels warm. I placed them both onto my car cup holder and decided I should ask for 2 new sodas with Ice this time but I was kind enough not to embarrased her because I feel for her mistakes maybe she might have forgotten the ice. So instead I nicely ask her for a cup of just ice. She doesn't look too happy. Again without one word spoken she went over put some ice in a cup handed over to me. I then felt a little disappointed by her attitude. I told my sister I will just keep my cool not ruining her day as well. We went to park at Walgreens sat in our car and ate our meals. We ordered crunch wrap...it wasn't that bad. I pour some little ice into my other cup of soda and I was drinking along while eating didn't noticing anything wrong at all. When we arrived home i placed my left over soda and cool it in the fridge...later that night I was thirsty went and took it out and was sipping on the soda like nothing...as I went past half way down the cup a red color caught my eys I stopped right away take a carefully look and it was a the fire sauce bag. My whole mouth went disgusted as I grab the sauce bag out. The most nastiest and worst experience I ever had at this place and it is my very first time since I moved here. Worst customer service at that time too. I am thinking about going back and have a complaint about my soda because who knows what the fire bag of sauce might have contaminated of what so ever. Read moreWell I'll start this off by acknowledging that I've worked in the food service industry for 16+ years now. I am usually very lenient when it comes to the service I receive. i.e. People have bad days, equipment breaks down, shipments don't come in, Covid leaves places understaffed... I get it. However, those things are no excuse for just genuinely horrible service. I have given this Taco Bell multiple chances now because I get out of work late starving but they have let me down too many times now... Each visit is something new but last time I went I waited 42 minutes for my drive-thru order. Forty two. FORTY. TWO. MINUTES. For drive-thru food. Six cars back. Forty two minutes. (Yes, I have the patience of a saint.) This time I still waited for a decent amount of time and as I was waiting I thought it would be funny (not funny) if it ended up being the same people that kept me waiting so long the last time too... Same people. Just got home this time and half of my food order (that I paid for) is missing. I figured I should call back to get a refund or credit or something but finally decided that it just wouldn't be worth it because they are all clearly on something. It's like talking to yourself in one of those funhouse mirrors. The other person just has absolutely no clue as to what is actually going on and their perception of reality is super distorted. Taco Bell, if you're reading this, you owe me several tacos and an hour and a half of my life back.

Read moreUsually don’t saw much food is decent for what you pay for if they actually get your order correct. The last three visits part of my order was wrong or missing. Today 11/30 went through the drive through and got informed it would be a 20 minute wait. It was fine so I waited. Pulled around to see people leaning on the counters. They didn’t even see my order on their screen asked if I only ordered a medium soda (got a meal with a large soda) didn’t get a straw. Two employees were joking around and gave me the bag of food. Felt light so I checked and was missing half my order. Went in even though it was carry out only and multiple employees and what looked like a family member were sitting around the dining room talking and swearing. When I left with the rest of my order I felt like they were all talking about the fact I came back in. No matter the time of day it’s the same issues. Incorrect orders, longer waits, unfriendly/unprofessional staff, missing ingredients. For taking half your menu away you should be able to correctly make people’s orders. There’s multiple times I’ve been here with the staff yelling or swearing at each other or to each other. It’s not very welcoming. Live on the south side but might need to go to the north...
