I would again like to express my appreciation for the employees at the southside Verizon store in Sheboygan. Last night I spoke to Mary on the phone regarding an issue I had. She told me I could just pop into the store today and she could help me with my issue. In my head, I figured I would be in there for at least an hour, especially with this time of year being so busy.
