I would give this restaurant a minus zero if I could the manager so to say that would not give me her name was the most rudest customer service I've ever encountered. First of all the line was slow. Fine, I wait and then I ask excuse me how much longer is this going to be? And then the manager tells me it's going to be a couple more minutes and I wanted to let her know that I was on a timeline. I just wanted to know how much longer and she said rudely that she is training two people and she only has one person taking orders for the lobby and told me that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't want to wait and that I had to stop yelling at her. At that point I was not yelling at her. She told me she was going to call the police on me I was trying to back out asking the customer behind me if he could please move so I could get out and she came back over the mic telling me to stop yelling at her customers and I told her to mind her own business and that she was the rudest person that I have ever had to encounter and I would never be back to this restaurant ever again. Sad for management and I did ask her what her name was and she said it was none of my business and I said it is my business because I will be calling and she said that her boss's name was Tara. Read moreFirst time ordering food through Burger King’s mobile app…Waited around ten to fifteen minutes before driving from home to the drive thru…Girl taking the order was confused when I tried explaining to her that I ordered food through the app even though I gave her the order number…She went and got someone to assist and was good to go…Was the second customer in line…Customer in front got his order and driving away…I’m up…Got my drinks…Waiting for the rest of my order…one car behind…Still waiting…Second car behind…Still waiting…Third car behind…Girl opens drive thru window and asks, “Did we get you the rest of your order?”…Me: “No, I’m still waiting for it”…Continuing to wait…Fourth car behind…Finally got my order…Damn, one bag to carry and cannot even close properly because of the five order meals…Should’ve asked for another bag, but screw it…Got home, order was missing a double whopper and eight piece chicken nuggets…Luckily I live close by, so I went back for the two missing items thru the drive thru…Was the only car at the drive thru…Was asked to show receipt which I did…Got the two items…Got home…The double whopper had cheese when I ordered it on the app with no cheese 😔 A sad day for Burger King’s south...
Read moreThe last time we were here was in December of 2021, and it was absolutely terrible! Had a new cashier who had absolutely no idea what to do and she forgot her glasses, so she couldn't even see what she was doing on the register. The screens were filled and the staff couldn't even keep up. We waited over 20 minutes for our food due to the fact that the kitchen was waiting on bacon for a sandwich on my parents order, which was unacceptable, so we ended up asking for a refund on all of our orders, which were all separate. When my parents and I asked for a refund, the manager rudely told us that we had to wait on getting a refund due to her helping a customer, so we told her ''no, we want a refund now!" She even had the audacity to tell us that we had no right to talk to her like that. She eventually gave all three of us refunds. My advice to Burger King on the South Side of Sheboygan: If you can't keep up with taking or making orders for customers, you should close your doors! Sorry to say, but we won't be back.
