
I had been seeing the same stylist for 20 years and was just not happy with the results I was getting over the past few years. I was paying High end salon prices at a mom and pop salon and my stylist had become somewhat complaisant giving me the same cut and color over and over again even when I asked for something different. When salons reopened after Covid Shutdowns I found myself on a wait list for my regular stylist and in desperate need of a root color at the very least. That is when I walked in to Fantastic Sam's and met Ventzi. I told her what I was ultimately looking to achieve and she sat me down in her chair and got to work. She put a nice base color on my badly graying roots and a full head of foil highlights adding some warm and cool toned blonde highlights all over. She then gave me a stylish layered cut and a relaxing blowout and style to really show off how wonderful my color looked. Now, I have naturally curly hair and color and bleach along with blow drying and straightening has taken its toll and really dried my hair out. I have about a 3C type hair for those of you who understand hair types. Ventzi offered an SOS conditioning treatment and let me tell you, WOW what a difference. My hair is soft and silky and my curls are bouncy and full not frizzy at all. My old stylist never offered any other treatments in the 20 years I went to her. So, long story short, Ventzi is the best and I thankfully now have a new stylist and salon. I highly recommend her and Fantastic Sams. All the staff was very pleasant, the salon was clean, the price was very reasonable, and they do use all professional hair products. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFront desk Staff needs to be better trained. I called in trying to get an appointment for eyebrows. They said there was no need you can just walk in. It took me 10 minutes to get there. after I got there, they said it would be a 30 minutes wait or you can come just back at another day. Driving back and forth would have taken me more than 30 minutes. The main reason I tried to book an appointment was so that I didnāt have to wait. I tried to communicate that I was upset and she should have not denied me to book an appointment only to ask me to ask me to come back at another day. Instead of acknowledging her mistake it back fired at me by calling me rude and entitled.
All I said was you should be better trained to check your book appointment so that doesnāt happen again given that Iāve witnessed it happing to other customers in the past. I even said I apologize if this sound too harsh and the front desk girl responded āitās ok it happensā are you kidding me??
What a shame neither me nor my family will ever be going back there again. Iāve been going there for years, I always booked appointments and I never had an issue...

I also wanted to write this review concerning the poor review and comments by a former customer named Olivia. My daughter was at the salon that evening with my grandson who was there for a cut. She witnessed everything that this Olivia said and did. My 9 year old grandson was almost in tears. This woman came in with an attitude and was very rude and loud to the receptionist and kept saying that she was in a hurry and couldnāt wait the receptionist was very kind and respectful and explained it would probably be 30 min. This woman not only continued to be rude and tell this girl she wasnāt trained right, she then got on the phone and yelled her complaints to someone. Yes, my daughter and son in law were the ones who told her she is acting rude and entitled. This salon has a large clientele because of all their staff. It is a wonderful...
