Absolute joke of employee trying to tell me I couldn’t buy something because my physical id is still in the mail and my paper id would not be accepted absolutely ridiculous terrible customer service I have been coming here for over a year and I always wondered how this location constantly has new employees every week small little employee will do anything he can with his small little bit of power he has to try to encore any little power he has and the girl manager was snaking him even though she is the manager. If you like wild bills do not ever come to this store. I have a friend with me with an active license that this employee who was on his power trip would not let him buy them either. He’s a complete menace and should not have the type of power to even do this...

The Wild Bill’s at Hayes and 24 is a great find! The store has a great layout, prices, selection and is very clean. The staff is friendly and provides top notch customer service! It’s my “Cheers” experience when walking in everybody knows my name. This is an important lost art in many businesses! Justin (manager) shows how being an effective leader trickles down to his team. All of the employees go above and beyond making customers feel at home. Justin is a very cool guy you’d enjoy sitting down with a cold beverage! Fantastic store, Gabriell is an absolute peach and always has a smile for me every time I stop in, even while crotchety old folks that confuse their (unvested) ESA dog with a service animal mumble hateful things under their breath while they're checked out.

It's a shame management won't do anything about disrespectful customers being rude to their staff when Gabriell's enthusiasm is honestly the only reason I still shop at this location at all.

Would be a 5* store if I didn't have to worry about being harassed by customers for being too close to the dog they're not supposed to have in there in the first place while I look at the shelves. She's in there nearly every time I shop and I've never seen the dog vested up...
