I have never been so disappointed in a flower shop I called them at 11:30 in the morning and told them I wanted to pay around 80 dollars for some beautiful flowers for my friend who just had a mastectomy to have breast cancer removed I told the lady on the phone that I would like red flowers of any kind and a black ribbon I told the woman what it was for and asked her to just make it beautiful and she said she would it was 92.01 with delivery.Than my friend sends me a photo of it and my heart just broke I could have done a better job with Kroger flowers. I paid that money for carnations and greenery. I was so disappointed I called to tell them how disappointed I was the only thing they offered me was to go pick the flowers back up I have never in my life than the manger calls me back and doesn’t offer anything but a sorry 😢 I will never order anything from them again and if I was you I wouldn’t either theses was flowers for a woman getting ready for the fight of her life and that is what they did.what a shame… I paid 80 dollars for 12 7 dollar flowers so don’t think you are getting anything like they have on...

Jim and his crew at Cossairts have been tending to the flowers at our parent's graves for 4 years now, regularly changing the displays according to the season, and always sending us a picture of the most recent placement. Cossairt Florist was my mother's "go to" florist for over 60 years, and she was never disappointed with their service or the quality of their floral arrangements, whether it be for holidays, birthdays, hospital stays, funerals, or just about any occasion she could think of to send flowers.
