I can't thank Rob and the team at Shelley Auto Care enough! We were passing through Shelley after picking up a new puppy, and our brakes failed because of a missing bolt in the Caliper (I had just gotten the brakes replaced in our home town the week before)! Being far from home, we were feeling very worried and didn't know what to do. Rob and the team took a quick look and squeezed us in right away. They were the nicest people and took such good care of us and the very nice Lady at the front desk made sure the puppy was ok and kept checking in with us. Rob was very thorough and made sure the brakes on both sides were in perfect working order before we left, and he test drove it to make sure. What could have been a very bad day, turned out to be the best day for us because of Shelley Auto Care. We can't thank them enough. I wish they were closer to us...I would take all of our cars there in a heart beat! Thank you so...

What an amazing find. Hands down the most honest and reputable owner and shop I have ever known. I wish I lived here so I could give them all my business. We got into town late on Saturday. Took the truck to the only place I could find to change my oil on Sunday, not Shelley! That afternoon after having suspected the oil change wasn’t done correctly I opened the hood and immediately spotted a problem with my steering. On Monday morning I called Shelley. I instantly took a liking to the owner and office manager. They took me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. I was prepared to spend $2000 and another day to get it fixed. They had me out in under 30 minutes for less than $10. They could have easily upsold or even taken advantage, but they took the high road. That is honestly and integrity you really can’t find...

Ryan saved me a small fortune once when I was stranded in southern Colorado because of a timing belt issue and the local garage was going to charge me outrageous fees, got it towed home and he fixed it for less than a third of their cost! That being said the last two times we had our oil changes there we sadly had less than paar experiences. One time we came in and they didn't put a sticker on the windshield saying when to go back which wasn't a big deal but the time we came in after that they tried to tell us we were past due, they also said we had a cracked windshield and bald tires which wasn't true we had just bought new tires and had windshield replaced which tells me they just read the notes from the last visit without even checking them this time...kind of sad with...
