Used to have sweet ladies. Went in two days ago. Cashier saw me come in and went immediately to the back of the store When I finished shopping she was still in the back By this time there was three people waiting to be check ed out. She said all that time she was helping another customer After ten minutes she came over and started checking out the last customer that came in. She was so rude said she was the manager and if we didn't like the service we didn't have to come back.The guys that work there are much nicer and very helpful. They focus on customer service. One of them checked an expiration and was wonderful. Ideal situation Check back with customers in front Manager spent all of her time with one person in the back ignoring the front customers. She was complaining bitterly that she was left all alone and took it out on the customers The "customer" in the back was a former employee who she was chit chatting with. What a unprofessional rude weird...

Libby (manager) is extremely rude. When I was at check out, I realized that I had grabbed an incorrect item. As I went to get the right one (leaving my husband at the register), she audibly started to complain about how she hates customers. This was said in front of my husband.

She overcharged me for two of my items. When I asked for her to adjust the price, she said she would not. Stating "The store is a mess and I am working on updating prices". Having worked in retail, I know that that is against federal advertising laws.

She would not attempt to contact anybody higher hthan her. After I left, I heard her complain to another customer about me.

Extremely unpleasant to talk with, pushy, rude, condescending, and breaking laws just to cover...

The customer service there is horrible.. the only one that is nice is cora but the rest like seriously glare at u and dont say a word to you... and if ur open till a certain time u need to not lock doors or cigarettes till then.. this place has gone to crap... i seriously only go in if i absolutely have too.. also u cant even get ahold of somebody when calling ive been trying all morning because my husband went in last night to buy something i needed an some pop and then he gets home and he had paid for the one thing i needed the most an it wasnt even in our bag ive been callin since last night an still nothin... common people learn to do your damn jobs or let the people that actually will be nice and do their jibs...
