Purchased a bag of coffee. They grinded it for me on what they say is the Keurig grind. It was very light. I purchased another company's Sumatra the next day from another store that was already ground. Taste fine and grind was a lot finer. Showed her that grind. They will not correct the issue or replace or refund. Her words were "you can buy another one" Not sure how that would fix the problem being the grind was incorrect. Plus she was not apologetic or worried about it at all. Customer service is not first and foremost. Lost a future...

The woman at the counter who was on the phone slammed the exit door on my disabled daughter and then yelled "Fine! I'll close the door!" The door bumped my daughter's butt making her very unsteady as she has to step down. My mom was going to purchase some items but she was too busy mumbling about wines to even help her. Treat people better. Especially autistic, 12 year olds who are unsteady on their feet. Yelling in someone's ear and basically pushing them out of the doorway...

Fabulous coffees and always fun to browse through. You never know what you’ll find from chocolate covered almonds and expresso beans to wines and amazing fig jelly to have with cheese. The food items are all tasty and there are so many other unique things. A one of a kind shop that is worth my 3 1/2 hour drive...
