This is for Amazon.com they are a scam they are not here for their customers and they put holds on your account to cover up their mistakes.. I didn't recieve an order because I couldn't track it because they just so happen to put an hold on my account the day it was to be delivered and go figure driver didn't take pic of where they left it maybe cause they knew they wasn't in the right spot?? Well was told they issued a refund got the email to prove it then on day 7 when I call to say I never recieved the refund either they say I have to get a police report even tho the refund was already promised and supposedly on it way back. My refund was a gift card balance not even back to my bank card.. who ever issued the refund got my money.. Amazon is a scam.. and they said the system glitched that why my account locked and I had to re enter my bank card for my prime account that i have had and paid my prime with for over a year.. this is a big company with alot of people bank info to be glitching.. check your cards and bank statement closely maybe it glitched and your card ended up on someone else account.. Amazon customer service is horrible. Pic one is the email I recieved when I told them I didn't get my package and the second is the email they sent day 7 when I was suppose to of recieved the refund and they sent nothing in between saying they needed a police report or more info or nothing.. so i called the non elergency number for the police in my area and they said that I should of made my report within 3 days of not recieveing it and I would of if Amazon would of stated I needed it instead of saying a refund was issued.. Amazon is a joke I wish I'd of...
Read moreThis building is all footwear from crocs to boots. Depending on where you are assigned the pick rate can be hard to achieve. It's easy during the peak but much more difficult during off season. When peak is over you have to walk twice the distance for the same number of picks, making the quota hard to get. On average you will walk 15 miles a shift and I did up to 43 miles on a 12 hour shift. Buy good shoes and be prepared to replace them frequently. You get two 12 minute breaks but can't walk to the break room until break has started. By the time you get halfway across the building to the break room, you can use the bathroom, buy a drink and start walking back so your next scan is on time. The human resources in this facility is laughable at best. They don't know what they're doing but have 20 people looking like they do. Management is a joke also, many times they called for mandatory overtime only to send people home when they walked all the way to the desk on a off day. You will work every holiday excluding Christmas. The only good thing I can say is I had one supervisor that went out of her way to do things correctly and look after the employees. I can't remember her name though, something like...
Read moreThis is a true outlet store. All of the shoes (and boots and sandals and accessories) have been purchased and then returned by Zappos customers. Some of them have clearly been worn for a while--so definitely pay attention to their condition. That being said, you can get some GREAT deals on shoes, usually between 50% and 70% off the regular Zappos price.
This is a low-rent operation with racks and racks of shoes sorted by "Women's, Men's and Kids" shoes. There is no service really, you just go through the racks and find shoes that you like and try them on right there in the aisle. I rated them a "3" for service because my (very low) expectation was met. Sometimes the shoes are in the wrong area (like a pair of size 9 shoes in the size 12 rack) so pay attention to that too. All sales are final. No returns. So make sure you have what you think you have and not two left shoes, for instance.
There is really only one reason why you'd go here--and that's to buy name-brand shoes very cheaply. The selection changes from minute-to-minute, so you never know what you might find (I saw cycling shoes there for the first time!). ...
