I ordered my grandson a mattress from Amazon,they called acting like they delivered,but didn't, said they needed a code,I kept telling them no code ,well I didn't know they were sending me a code thru my email,after 3 attempts,they were calling me saying they was outside and the mattress never left the facility,I had my grandson and son in law both were there and they never showed up,when I called to get the situation straightened out,the lady said she promised my grandson would have is bed delivered next day the already shipped it back to manufacturer,and supposed to refund money,ha that's a joke just cost me 232.16 because people don't want to their job ,never again will I buy from Amazon, this wasn't the first time I've had this issue 3rd time a charm and yes if my money isn't replaced I will be taking legal action,they r stealing people's money and items and nothing is ever done ,I starting a petition on my Facebook page if any one wants to sign whom has had issues like I've had it's about time to stand up for ourselves and quit getting pushed around by this company,though my heart is heavy doing so I use to love buying here and shipping use to be great but for the last 2 years it's a joke only if driver feels like...

On February 12 of 2025 an AMAZON driver hit the side of our house causing $1500 dollars in damage. The driver also hit-and-run from the scene and the only reason we found out was the video after the fact - and we still have a 2 foot piece of the truck that was left behind. The driver caused damage, LEFT and didn’t tell us what happened.

We also notified Amazon and worked through their claims department BUT they came back with an appraisal of damages to your property in the amount of $214.27 (because that is what their charts and averages say) with the following which is way below the actual cost and the company they work with on claims - ARC.
