Love this store. I drove past HEB and Walmart then went another 10 miles out of my way for this store. Their meat market is amazing and priced where you don't break the bank. The quality of meat is 10 times better than the bigger stores. A meal using a lb. of ground meat. You find yourself needing to use 1 1/2 lbs. because it draws up to half the size. I was only able to take a dried sausage with my along on our road trip, but I believe these magical meat sticks have super-food qualities.
