I used to shop here regularly. No more. Over the past 2 months i have visited this location 5 times. Not once in any of those visits was i helped, or offered assistance. This would have been ok for a 5 mon visit, but i was in the store for almost an hour each time. I was passed by a female employee seceral times and ignored and the guy at the front refuses to move from the front. I have undergone massive weight loss (almost 200 lbs). Its really sad that as a 500 pound man i couldnt find clothes due to my size. At 310 i cant find clothes because of one of two reasons. Im white (clerk was african american and female employee was latino i think), or because i looked like i dont have much money. That say i was wearing sweat pants (my real pants are almost twice as large as i need now) and a Harbor Freight t-shirt. I guess the 3rd reason could be that i have lost too much to be a valued customer at DXL. Which is sad. Hopefully i wont have to shop at big and talls for much longer. I have decided not to live the LARGE life anymore. Good luck to...

The store was very well organized and had a wide variety in every area.
I will definitely be back to shop there more often.

But on his advice I bought the shirt with the shorter length. When I put the shirt on 4 days later, on my cruise, it was too short. Glad I brought a backup shirt. Today I returned the shirt. The first question Robert asked me was did I spray the shirt with cologne. I answered no. Then he asked me did I wear the shirt. Now I'm completely offended. I will not be returning to this store ever. The nerve of him to ask a...
