There was one gentleman in there (Tom was his name I think) and he was helping a couple customers out. However, he still greeted us, and even took the time to walk over and help us find the bedding and pillows that were on n deals! Very awesome. So when we were ready to pay for the items, Tom was still with the other customers. Another gentleman walked in the front door and was wearing clothes that indicated he helped move furniture in the back or on the trucks 🤷🏻I believe his name was Ronnie Ronnie walked straight to us and greeted us with a warm smile, asked if we needed anything. After I advised that we were waiting for Tom to finish so we could pay, Ronnie continued with friendly chatter :) Once he figured out that we were only purchasing bedding and pillows and not a mattress, he said, “Oh, yeah, come on over here. I can help you guys with that!” So he helped us pay instead of waiting!!! We were very impressed by Ronnie and his friendliness and genuine willingness to help us, even when it seemed that the customer service was not his role. We’ll 100% be back to buy a purple hybrid premier 4. Hopefully Ronnie is there to help us...

The wife and I had purchased a bed from tuft and needle and it just didn’t work for us. So we did some research and decided to head over to Denver mattress so we could actually feel a mattress, on how soft or hard we wanted. I talked to Patrick, the manager and the price of the bed we wanted was $780ish. We had to donate our old mattress first then once we got the money back we would come by the mattress. I went in not even a week later and that same mattress was now $900!!!!! Patrick was not in at the moment and talked with a lady there and told her what we had discussed with him and she said he would call us, yeah okay. No phone call, nothing. We went onto US mattress website and ordered the exact same one for $700. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business’s else where. “They” said the reason for the raise in prices is the cost of materials is going up, but I call BS when I just ordered the same mattress for $120 less.
