I will start by saying that I am giving four stars because I believe in supporting local business. I was there today for a 90 minute massage with Anna. Anna was wonderful and I would go back to see her for a massage again. This massage was a birthday gift from my significant other. I initially tried to book my appointment on their website through their online booking portal. After doing so, it gives you a message saying you’ll hear from them within 24 hours. I didn’t hear from them within that time frame, and eventually noticed a Facebook post stating they were having issues with their online booking. I then called them directly to see if I could book something, and mentioned the backstory. I asked if the same appointment was still available, which I didn’t expect it to be. The front desk person who helped me book my appointment on their phone was helping me to find an appointment that would work with my schedule and theirs. While on the phone, I thought we had settled on today’s date and time that we were speaking of. I double checked at the end of the call because she eventually said she had me booked for a different day and time. To which I said, I’m not able to do that date and time. By the end of the call, we had landed on the appointment that I went to today. Yet, the day after booking, I received a confirmation call stating I was booked for the day and time that I had said I was not available for. So I called them back to let them know that’s not what I scheduled for. At this juncture, I wasn’t feeling too relaxed…with all the mishaps and was very close to canceling today’s appointment to give them time to figure out their dysfunctions. Yet I REALLY needed a massage. So I kept today’s appointment. I had scheduled for a 90 minute Swedish massage. When my massage was finished today, I was charged for a deep tissue massage; and had received a deep tissue massage. The massage was wonderful, and so was the therapist. My only couple of critiques which are two things that I believe all massage therapists should know: 1. You always massage towards the heart. (I’m not trying to have verifies veins!) You’re moving blood and lymph and it is not advised to move against the natural flow of the body. 2. Slower is better, to let the body, muscles, and nervous system respond. Saying this as a massage therapist myself, so speaking from experience! I was happy to pay this amount when paying at the counter. I didn’t say anything to the therapist because it’s not her fault this mistake occurred. I understand that these things happen sometimes, but there was 3-4 different mistakes that took place. I never once received an apology for the misunderstandings. When I had called to say my appointment was not correct, you would think good customer service would go something like…’oh I’m so sorry for this mistake, let’s make sure we get it...

Audrey is such a doll. I have social anxiety and makes appointments somtimes.. awkward. But her energy is so comfortable..it's amazing. She is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to Chemical peels. Gives you the good, bads and the uglys, about it all and she seems to truly care about each client's needs. can't wait to get more done with her.. she's great.

Alyse does amazing facials.shes reccomended me a few products and I've loved every one.Shes also very comfortable to be around. Very professional when it comes to the facials, explains everything she's going to do!

Tysie, last but definitely not least, Is a QUEEN! I've only gotten my teeth whitened with her but through the whole appointments was checking in on and made sure I was comfortable. And The results were better than I've ever...

If I could give this place no stars I would .

First of all when you walk in it is in a strip mall attached to another office not relaxing at all!

I had a chemical peel done here OMG worse decision of my life BURNT my skin bad I still have scars i have spend hundreds of dollars to try to fix it . I was in tears when I let the owner know. She had me buy a product that said would work never offered it to me for free for the damage they have done to my skin.

Never called to check up on my face very unprofessional!

I have filled a complaint with the (BBB)

I have also emailed pictures and my story to news channel 3 to do a 3 on your side to help other so they dont go threw the same thing .
