I have never left the company a bad review before. And I’m giving him a two star review because when I walked in they were helpful they answered my questions and help me select a couch. But that was an August and they told me the couch should be there on October. October came and I heard nothing finally at the end of October I gave them a call and they told me it would be there mid November. Mid November No call. Finally I called them in mid December and then they again change the delivery date To 1 January. 1 January came again no call finally here we are mid February and I called them and they tell me that it’s now March 1. Finally out of frustration I asked for a refund which they offered to give but cannot because I don’t have the card number that I used to buy it which I’m sure I will eventually find. But they did nothing to offer to make up for any of it. If they would’ve called me and told me about the rescheduling of the couch delivery and kept me in the loop I would not be leaving them a bad review. And now since I can’t find my card I will wait till March 1 and if they call me on March 1 and keep me in the loop I will change my review from a to two to a three but if they do not call me I will be changing it to a 1...

As stated by the salesman that I just spoke with, my "lifetime" warranty on the two leather couches and sofa chair that I purchased "is only good for things like a child accidently running into them with a pair of scissors"...NOT the fact that they have faded from red/brown to a cream color! What? He then proceeded to inform me that ""lifetime" means no more than 7 years and that they really didn't mean "lifetime", it was only stated as such to pull customers in"! If you do need to have your couches repaired...assuming that your furniture IS still under this so called warranty...be prepared for a 4-6 month wait AND a poor job when you finally do get them back!    Read moreI purchased a queen bed frame with headboard and footboard on December 3, 2020. I paid in full on that day but never received the product as of this day 04/08/2121. I called many time to hear it will be in in February, than April, May etc. a few week ago I bough another from a different store and called for a refund. As of this day I have not yet received a refund. They said that a refund will take 3 to 4 weeks and they would call me. They also tried to talk me out of the refund by saying "it'll only be a few more weeks before it's in." Almost 5 months later? I don't think so. I have been a faithful customer for two years and have bought many items. Always paid in full the day I buy the item. No more, they lost a good paying customer! Wish I could make it no stars...
