I would never recommend this company I have all my contact information for when we started the buying process this company was listed as Premier and when we went to the office they told us it was El Dorado Homes. The paperwork that our credit union has is from ElDorado Homes. We bought brand new in 2016 was told we had 5 year warranty on our Air condition and today it stopped working and we called to get it fixed and was told that they couldn’t help us because we didn’t buy it from them, well they received the check from the credit union on our behalf. The manager even said he couldn’t help us because we didn’t purchase it from them. They delivered our home in July and the salesperson we was dealing with stopped working there for some unknown reason. We was told that in their file our home was finished and it took our Loan Officer calling them and saying that they wasn’t getting another payment until it was finished. We finally was able to move in October. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on anyone. But I’m not done yet. Yes you offered that you would give me the number of someone to come out and charge me but I was never told that I had to register anything. I didn’t purchase from Premier Homes I purchased from ElDorado. I contacted the Credit Union that sent the check and she sent my paperwork. So you’re not standing behind the information that an employee gave us before he was no longer working there. At this point my air conditioner is working but these photos I have and other paperwork I have will go a little bit farther. Me and my wife purchased a home from bear creek last year. March 3rd it finally arrived, then all the problems start. The contractor bear creek contracted for the ground work, sewer and electrical work took forever to show up and do their job. Bear Creek was called multiple times for help. Took 3 months to finally start moving in because of this. The house had multiple things the needed to be repaired once setup. There is still cracks in drywall, grout falling out the shower, cabinets that are out of alignment or crooked. Constant calls to just do what you promised. We finally just accepted that the house was never going to be as good as what we where shown before ordering. Fast forward to now this past Saturday weekend my wife sees water in the kitchen floor. We pull the skirting back and find wet baseboard and insulation finding a big water leak in the sub floor. She calls in on Saturday and gets told no service techs available till Monday, today she calls again till she finally gets someone and Angela tells her there is nothing they can do the house is out of warranty on March 3. Even after three months of waiting to move in. That doesn't matter... Even tho no one ever showed up to do a completed walk through and sign off of all repairs and setup... Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place... Avoid a...

If I had taken the time to do research, read reviews and not allow the beauty of the "demo beautiful staged homes" on their land site distract me, I would not be writing this 1 star review. Bear Creek sell you a dream and then fell to follow through except with a excuse for their total disregard for customer satisfaction. However; if you do chose to buy from them please, please make sure you have a back up plan for an EXTENDED short term living arrangement or a very big wallet. They make all types of excuses as to why things cannot be done in the estimated timely manner or why things are not working correctly. Whatever time frame you are given add an additional 6 months. They show "no interest" in how the incompetent contractors they hire result in overall problems for the customers their main concern is making a sale and getting paid.
