ALDI — Local services in Shreveport

I had a great experience, but there's some things that you might want to know first

1. You will need a quarter to eject a shopping cart to shop with... Yes... Like when you enter a bad neighborhood. I believe they do this to save money on groceries. Not having to have people go out to the parking lot and return their grocery carts. Or at least that's what I tell myself 😂

2. They do not offer any plastic bags to put your purchased groceries... You have to pay for thick, reusable grocery bags or start the dig and Ben's to find boxes for your groceries. My assumption again is this is done to save money... And from the cost of the groceries high genuinely believe they are trying to pass it forward to the consumer.

Their selection is limited and it's not a traditional grocery store. You could use weekly if you had a large family but... You'd have to have limited meal choices. There are some great deals and the amount of cheeses to choose from is huge considering. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend...

I did a pick up order, was in a hurry to get home to a sick kid. It was a very large order, almost $400 worth of items. Once I got home I realized many things we're missing. Aldi had not given me 53 of the items I ordered!!! I had to do a dispute through instacart, you can't get any help through Aldi and they are treating me like a common criminal! Reviewing my case, suspending my instacart account. And you don't even get a refund back to your payment card it goes back to the instacart account so you have to shop somewhere else with them. I went to Aldi for some groceries and I had a fair/good experience. The store is small but it has a decent selection of products, especially their own brands. The employees are nice and helpful, and they check you out quickly. However, the store can get very crowded and it can be hard to get through the aisles. Also, some of the customers are a tad bit rude and don’t respect personal space. I would recommend this store if you are looking for low prices and good quality, but be prepared to deal with some inconveniences. There is also a faint smell of bad produce in the air. I give...
