Would not recommend bringing your electronics here. We had an absolutely horrible experience. We dropped off our iPad over a month ago for a faulty charging port and they kept pushing back the day that it was going to be ready. On top of not picking up the phone half the time we tried calling, they would tell us they would call us and never would. There was an excuse for every time we were told the iPad wasn’t ready. We were finally told it would be ready on a certain day during a specific timeframe, but it wasn’t. We were then told it would get dropped off for us at lunchtime the next day since the manager was going to an offsite consult. It never happened. We called to make sure it would be ready for pickup the next day and were told yes. Walk in the next day, and they are still trying to pick off glue from the iPad and there was no screen protector on it like they promised there would be so we had to go and ask for one. The fact that they were still messing with it when we tried to pick it up meant it was never ready in the first place. This has been such a stressful experience since we use the iPad everyday for work, but haven’t been able to because we were jerked around for so long.

I’ve waited for a month on my game and haven’t gotten any intel or update until i decided to call and gather information myself. I was told it was fixed and has been fixed but was never contacted to pick it up. This most recent time I sent my game to them again to do the same HDMI repair months later bc it stopped working again. And my game has sat in they building for a month after I paid a diagnostic fee and I already knew what was wrong with it so it sat after I paid partial payment still haven’t been fixed and I haven’t been contacted about it. I had to call personally to get updates about something I already paid. The person I spoke to told me that they called me and asked me if I wanted it fixed.
