I gave them 4 comics of significant value to have them graded. I only received 3 of them back. I contacted them several time throughout the year. I would say “hi I am calling about a comic that was sent out to be graded and I haven’t received it back yet.” Without asking who was calling or inquiring which comic I was referring to I was told “it still hasn’t come in yet I am waiting on some to come back in myself.” End of conversation. A 9.8 of the comic I gave them is close to $1k. It should have been close to a 9.8 as it had never been removed from original packaging. I have basically excepted that I will not be getting that comic back. I also gave them a separate comic to have graded around the same time and I got it back with a very poor grade knowing it should have been pretty decent. Looking at the comic in the slab it looks like it got wet almost like something hot was sat on the bag and board causing moister. I know that wasn’t the case when I took it to them. I will shop here as a customer from time to time but I will no longer trust them with my...

My best friend introduced me to this place last year. The owners are really nice and are really fun to talk to! They and their employees are really knowledgeable and i never feel judged when i ask a question about a comic or storyline that i am unfamiliar with.

Their discounts are really nice too and very tempting since, as another reviewer said, the more books you subscribe to, the bigger the discount. I currently have something like 15 titles on my list and am tempted to reach the next discount tier!

I also am in love with their new location! The old store would get a little cramped on game nights, but the new store has room for gamers and readers and then some.

Also I'm incredibly tempted to start up MtG again. They always have a sweet selection to choose from.

A fine upstanding establishment with knowledgeable staff. A very organized store (seriously, they keep it alphabetized, clean and always something new) I try to get there as often as I can with my kids. There is something to read for all age ranges/ reading abilities. Lots of collectible items and figurines. My son (8) says "it's really nice that they talk to me. I get to learn more about the super heros that I like and they tell me about new ones!" As a parent, I appreciate that sharing of information and how enthusiastic the employees are towards him.
