I am thrilled that I obtained my real estate license on my second attempt. Your course played a pivotal role in this achievement. After taking your course, I proceeded to undertake the exam and achieved a score of 73%. I believe the reason behind this score was not using the supplementary video you had offered. Regrettably, I hadn't purchased it, and that impacted my performance.

Initially, when I enrolled in your course, I allowed it to expire due to my lack of diligence and time management. Consequently, I failed the first time around. After passing my Real Estate pre license class I took a break and when I decided to get back to studying it was a struggle. Studying for the real estate state exams on your own can be very boring and you can quickly loose interest if you don't be careful. It happened to me but I was determined to push through my struggles and try my best even though I was still feeling blank. I purchased the Magnolia Cram course on Friday 08/11/23 in the afternoon after taking the FL Real Estate Exam 6 times!

I took my 63 hour course through Gold Coast and after many failed attempts, I started to look elsewhere. I searched reviews of other real estate courses. I searched YouTube, Tik Tok and everywhere else for weeks until I came across Michelle on Magnolia School of Real Estate. I already had taken the exam and failed. I had another exam scheduled for that same weekend, Sunday 08/13/23. I scheduled my cram course through my original school of choice (GC) and as I noticed the professor just talking and going over the PowerPoint, I decided to leave that session and purchase the CRAM COURSE FROM MAGNOLIA SCHOOL. It truly was a big leap of faith considering I already had my exam scheduled, but it was the best decision I ever made. As soon as I purchased that cram course and started cram studying that same night, it ALL made sense to me. The way Michelle teaches is just amazing! She truly cares! She breaks down everything for you to understand. The practice exams are THE BEST!!! She has literally everything you need. I purchased it and studied the entire weekend up until my exam. When exam day came, it truly was a breeze. As I went through the questions, I realized I knew every single one. In addition, the examples Michelle uses all make sense!!! It clicked!
