The service , as far as being waited on, was good. But, the quality of their workmanship is not so good. Sam is a good jeweler. But, his jewelers that work under him are not and their work should be inspected much closer. If it had been inspected better than it was, I wouldn't have had the problems I had in the first place. I had 1 stone taken out and 2 more added. I was not asked if I wanted to keep the stone that was taken out.. I did not get a discount off the new stone either. They just kept it. I specifically asked for the stones to be put in a certain way. I paid a lot of money to order a particular stone and have it set in the ring how I asked and it was not. To make matters worse, I wore the ring 1 time and the new set almost fell out!! I was so mad , I put the ring up in my jewelry box and waited a year before I took it to ANOTHER jeweler and had it fixed the way it was supposed to be in the first place. I will not go in Sam's fine jewelry...

My fiance and I first visited Sam's to get our engagement ring resized, and it came back beautiful and fit much better, and all of the staff were very friendly. Later on in the week I felt like my ring wasn't tight enough, and I ended up bending the band on accident. They were able to see me the next day and he reshaped and resized my ring for me in less than an hour! The ring came back in perfect condition and fit perfectly. He was also very informative about how/why the band bent and thoroughly explained the options for both the temporary and permanent fix.
