Subway — Restaurant in Silsbee

The subways around my area were down and silsbee was the closest one. Well my husband wasnt feeling well and I told him to put in an order on the website, and I'd pick it up on the way home. Well I went through the drive through and got his sandwhich and went home. He asked were his other stuff was and I told him they didnt give me anything else. Well, I wasnt about to waste gas going back to another town so I called and asked them just to refund the items since we didnt recieve them. They refused to refund the items, and said I would have to drive all the way over there to get a refund. I had a long day at work, kids, and a sick husband. Why would I drive all the way there for a refund or to even get the items and waste my gas just because they refuse to give us our refund that wouldnt even make up for the gas to go back there? Other than that, the lady who handed me the one item inside of the whole order was...

40 min wait. So I placed my order 10 mins before I got there online and paid. I pulled in the pick up window and was the 2nd car in line. I waited for 15 minutes before going inside in which I was a little crowded but I asked about my order which was then placed 30 minutes ago. They said they had been busy and hadn’t gotten to it. I watched 5 people’s order be made before mine while they placed their orders as they went. I just don’t understand why I’m ORDERING AHEAD if you’re just going to make me wait until you feel like it to make it, not in the order the orders came In. Anyways after a little over 40 minutes I walked out with my sandwhich. Nothing else just a sandwhich. I asked about cancelling my order before it was made and before he even responded to me he started talking to someone else about...

Wasn't very impressed with the guys attitude who prepared my sandwich. I ordered the Spicy Italian double meat double cheese. When he was done fixing my sandwich and had cut it I asked him to wrap them separately please and he rolled his eyes and crushed sandwich by squeezing it. I'm sorry can you please remake my sandwich and with less attitude Thank you!
