Husband and I decided to take the grand kids to Taco Bell in Silsbee. Seriously doubt I will go back again. Decided to dine in, and only one other person inside and they ordered through the app machine near counter. We stood there about 5 minutes before a team member walked up from dining area and took our order. We got drinks and sat down at the high table and waited. After about 5 minutes looked up and no one was prepping our order. One person was in a corner eating something, another was playing on their phone and two other were standing talking. They finally went back to prepping orders and not one of them changed gloved or washed their hands. My husband is transplant patient and with the virus we try to be more careful than normal. I went to the counter and asked if they were going to change gloves, and one team member acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I stated what I had seen and asked again if they were going to change gloves. One team member did but not one of anyone working stopped long enough to wash their hands. All team members had masks on but they were either sitting under their chin or under their nose. Those that had it just under the nose kept messing with it and again not changing gloves or washing hands. The order was there though not totally correct. The nacho bell grande that was ordered was missing the extra meat and cheese, all 4 burritos were wrapped the same so we had to look at each one to see what it was. We spent shy of 40 dollars and was never given a receipt to see if the extra meat and cheese was paid for or not. This is not the first time service was extremely slow, seems Taco Bell in Silsbee can't find anyone that knows how to work fast food and get orders out in less than 20...
Read moreI have visited this Taco Bell location three times, and unfortunately, each experience has left me feeling disappointed. One of the main issues I encountered is their consistent lack of certain items on their menu. It's frustrating to go to a fast-food restaurant only to find out that they are out of the items you were looking forward to trying. It seems like they struggle with keeping their inventory stocked, which can be quite disappointing for customers after being in the line for quite some time. Moreover, the overall service at this Taco Bell has been underwhelming. The staff doesn't seem particularly attentive or focused on providing a positive customer experience. There have been instances where I've had to wait for an extended period to place my order or receive my food, despite there being plenty of staff gossiping with each other. I fervently hope that remedial actions are undertaken to rectify these issues, thus engendering a transformation in their operational efficacy and proffering a more gratifying dining experience for...
Read moreSo I stopped for a few meals for the family and when I walked in there was a sign posted that they don't take credit cards at front counter then when someone finally came to take my order they asked me if I was paying cash and they said if I'm using card I have to use the kiosk I took a picture of the sign also I ordered 2 meals to go and one meal for dine in it was not served on a tray and when I asked for a tray the woman working the counter informed me that the location doesn't even have trays and I said well this doesn't look good for a review and she said well I guess u can eat it out of the box so terrible service obviously not honoring your company brand and policies and kind of rude the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least the order was right and the lobby seemed clean but over all some one needs to explain there job to them so I can sit with a tray and eat my meal one day I do plan on returning to the location if these problems are fixed I will happily post a more...
