Shout out to Zaine!!! I have recently started coming here. Over the last three months. Zaine has been consistantly respectful and on point with his customer service. I notice there is a bad review from a few days ago. I know that ia a lie plain and simple so that "unhappy customer" is clearly unhappy with themselves. Perhaps they should be more honest and a little less entitled and not shown up a minute after closing and throw a tantrum as the cameras show! However if they had shown up during actual business hours the would have been given the same amazing quality service as the rest of us HAPPY customers. As green leaf tobacco does not dissapoint. I showed up to the Silvis location 7 minutes prior to closing, and was refused service, because the employee said it would encourage other people to come in the store and purchase whatever they needed (mind you, only 1 other vehicle had just pulled into the parking lot at the time. Thay would have been a paying customer.)And that I would just have to deal with it. The attitude and customer service of that individual is among the worst I've ever seen or had the unfortunate experience in dealing with. But I guess I will "deal with it".

So glad they opened a store in Silvis! We had to drive to Rock Island for tobacco and tubes before this location opened.

The store is immaculate! Beautiful humidor, big selection of vape and smoke supplies. THC products too.

I met the owner and he is a great guy! He's very accommodating to the needs of his customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. I can't say enough about...
