Lazertag Extreme – Arcade + 3-Story Laser Tag + Pixel Games, STEM Activities + Cafe with Craft Beers — Local services in Simi Valley

The actual lazertag area is great and the facility overall is fine. There is a random offering of overpriced video / skill games for tickets to exchange for extremely under-compensated prizes. A desolate appearing, usually unattended snack bar with an uninviting seating space that is seperated from the fun by a wall. The space lacks organization and doesn't really draw focus to what is good about it...the lazertag...not for the participants or the viewers. The opportunity for this place to be so much better is there and could be very easily achieved. An example some very easy wins...1. Find a responsible staff member that actually wants people to enjoy themselves & understands that when people have a good experience they'll come back to again spend a stupid amount of $$$ for shining lights at each other for a few minutes to replace most of the wandering teens that don't know, don't care, & aren't accountable. 2. A better showing of what's going on inside the current match, replace the janky 19 inch scrren, squished high off to the side at a corridor between a game console and some lockers...with a much bigger screen, centered near the lazertag entry 3. At the same area, improve it for those waiting either to go in to play next or for those waiting for someone to exit that is more suitable to sit & set belongings on than the out of order air hockey table. Being one of the few places in Simi for Birthday parties and fun things for kids and families to do...little improvements could be all that's needed to exponentially increase...

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! It's seriously awesome!! My kid loves it too!! We go all the time, my son literally asks me to go everyday. It's an awesome arcade and a very reasonable price. $20 will get you $100 tokens you and your kid can play for hours. I'm writing this review to let the other parents know that this place isn't just laser tag, they literally have the best arcade in town! I also wanted to thank my favorite staff members: Beverly, Robby, and Nancy for always being so nice and helpful to us. This place is awesome in many ways because they actually put their money back into their business by offering customers a rewards card, so literally every $1 that's spent, goes to free laser tag missions. It's not the same thing every time you go, they add new machines and add different prizes a lot which is great to see! There prizes are much better than your typical arcade and the friendliness of the staff makes us regulars there. Thanks again Beverly, Robby, and Nancy for being so great to us!...

We took 9 kids out for a last minute birthday party. We ordered 3 pizzas, 12 sodas and wings. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get our pizzas and 1 hour and 37 minutes to get our wings. I filled all the drinks for an hour and a half until an employee told me that I wasn't allowed to fill our drinks when there wasn't an employee in that area. I was also told that I couldn't bring in the cake I made specifically for my child with autism. I respected the no outside food and drink policy and put the cake in my car. I was more upset that twelve people were allowed to have coffee from outside and a private party could have outside candy bouquets for each kid but my child couldn't have his birthday cake.
