Starbucks — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Very rude workers in the evening shift that I just now experienced again. I came around 7:05pm. I guess they close the doors inside at 7, so she was letting someone out and then was going to lock the door as I was trying to come in. Then she says very rudely that she’s closing the doors the inside is closed and walks away. I understand that the inside was closing but she could have been more polite. I tried to get her name but the other coworker she was working with was also very rude as well saying she was not willing to speak to me through the window. I live just around the corner and this is not the first time I’ve experienced rude behavior from this location. I will not be coming here again.

This is probably the best coffee shop to hang out at in Simi. The service is always friendly, and drinks are made well at this location, so they're getting the important stuff right.

The experience is better as a drive-through or an in-and-out customer, though, because the seating area and bathrooms are pretty much always dirty. (I've been here a lot and the cleanliness is similar every time.) Crumbs all over the floor, tables need wiping but are never wiped, and the sink area of the women's bathroom is always in desperate need of cleaning (sink, mirror and floor), which look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.

In short, it's a highly-trafficked location that gets many things right but could do much better...

I stopped by this Starbucks today in the early morning to get a bagel. I was going to order it off the mobile app but decided that I wanted to eat my bagel fresh so I figure I'll order it when I'm at the store. Since I came in the early morning, I think only drive thru is open because all the chairs inside was on the table so I went to the drive thru line. There was only 2 cars in front of me but I didn't have to wait long. I got my plain bagel with cream cheese and asked for a venti iced water. By the time I pulled up to the window, my bagel was ready and my water. I tooked it back to my work office to eat it and it was great. The bagel was not over toasted and the cream cheese just added that extra delicious...
