Cynthia is amazing. My husband used her for my engagement ring and wedding band almost 7 years ago. I don't wear jewelry often, am very picky about what I like, and am very rough on my hands (due to my job). My husband went in with a design in mind, and she was able to custom make them for me, from building the molds to the final product, and kept my husband updated on the progress every step of the way. She was even able to reinforce the posts holding the diamonds to make sure I felt comfortable wearing the rings to work. Every few years, when I am back in town, my rings make it back to her store to have her check to make sure I haven't knocked any diamonds loose (which I have a tendency to do), and to get a good cleaning. absolutely fantastic experience. Cynthia recently re-sized my grandmother's wedding band and engagement ring so I pass them along to my girlfriend (hopefully she'll say yes and it'll be fiance). My grandmother was a very petite woman who had very small hands so the rings came to the store as a size 4.5. Cynthia had to nearly double the size to an 8 for them to work for me.

Not only was the work flawless, Cynthia made sure the rings were sparkling as brightly as the day my grandpa bought the rings nearly 65 years ago. I have full faith that because of her efforts these rings will last me a lifetime and will be passed down to future generations.
