Staples — Local services in Simsbury

The workers in the printing department are rude ignorant and disrespectful. They ignored me while I was clearly needing help. The blonde woman really needs to be spoken to about business etiquette how to deal with people. This is a severe issue because people who have legitimate concerns cannot be treated like this in a professional business environment. I tried to get Photos printed for my daughters school project and I was ignored and I was spoken to in a very unprofessional way. This is unacceptable from adults who know how the business environment works. I will not be coming back, this is unfair because these workers are still allowed to be on the floor dealing with people and treating them terribly with no consequences or repercussions. People that work a 9-5; it is difficult, I get that but they cannot take it out on customers that are giving them money for their paychecks. they need to learn how to respect and help customers if they would like to work on the floor and deal with...

I originally ordered a new desk chair online for pickup at the Watertown location, but unfortunately they found it was damaged. I ordered again in West Simsbury, and found that in store they had the chair for $50 cheaper in-store than online. I mentioned that to associate Matt and he said he would handle it no problem! They reduced the price to the store price & I also mentioned I had a $15 online coupon that I used but it was fine because the in-store price was even cheaper than online with it. I'm giving Staples 3 stars because they had 90% of the items I was looking for. The staff were friendly and there are many staff.

The problem with Staples is the pricing. Kids should not spend $50+ on the teacher given supply list. While Staples is set to up to accommodate a large number of people, it is not the best back-to-school shopping venue.

If you feel like it is your best option for convenience, do yourself a favor, download the ebates app, shop Staples online, get 2% cash back on your purchase, and pick up in store for no extra fee.
